CARRIAGE TERMS
Thank you for choosing Petora Living LLC. These Shipping Terms apply to all purchases made by you on this website. Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the United States; the country selection option on the checkout page is fixed to “United States.”
I. Shipping Coverage
We ship exclusively to valid addresses within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii). International shipping services are not available at this time. Certain remote areas may be subject to local logistics restrictions; while we will make every effort to arrange delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery timelines for such locations.
II. Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed, prepared, and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination address.
Please Note:
Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days, and shipping times may be extended accordingly.
Extremely remote areas (such as parts of Alaska and Hawaii) may require an additional 2–4 business days for delivery.
Logistics delays may occur during peak promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas); we appreciate your understanding.
III. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight and the destination address, and will be clearly displayed when you proceed to the checkout page. We may periodically offer free shipping promotions; please refer to our website announcements for specific details.
IV. Shipping Carriers
We partner with several major U.S. shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our system will automatically select the most suitable shipping service based on your region and package dimensions; no additional action is required on your part.
V. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can track the real-time status of your shipment via the carrier’s official website or through the “My Orders” page on our website.
VI. Handling Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team (help@petoralivingshop.com) within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number and supporting photos; we will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the specific circumstances.
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of re-shipment must be borne by the customer. If your package tracking status indicates that it has been signed for, but you have not received it, please first check your porch or mailbox, or inquire with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact your local courier branch and notify us so that we may assist in the investigation.
VII. Undeliverable Packages
We will notify you regarding any packages that are returned to us due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failure to sign for delivery, or refusal of acceptance. If you wish to have the package reshipped, you will be required to pay additional delivery fees.
